Preparation for the written (theoretical) examWe recommend that you get a home study package and prepare for the written exam before you start flight training. There is more emphasis on the oral exam that is held at the same time as your practical exam. There is also a study guide (Oral Exam Guide) to help you prepare for your orals before you arrive as well. Depending on your schedule, you can use the home study course while in St. Augustine to prepare for your exam or study questions on a computer at the flight school. However, we recommend that you study for the exam at home and then take the written exam at Florida Flyers shortly after your arrival in St. Augustine. |
