There are hotels, motels, and vacation rentals for every budget . The level of luxury you want will determine how much you pay.
St. Augustine is well equipped to handle travelers and has decent hotels and motels everywhere you look. Prices, however, may vary considerably.
Lofts at Sebastian Cove
The nice community "The Lofts at Sebastian Cove" is about 5 miles and about a 8 minute drive apart form Florida Flyers.The 1300 sft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condominium is located close to the famous St. Augustine Outlet-Mall. Restaurants, Grocery stores and the St. Augustine Adventure Land are right around the corner.
Our customers love this very nice facility. It is a brand new construction and was delivered to the owner in 2012. It is cozily furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
Included in the rent: Washer, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, Freshwater pool, Gym, Wireless Internet, Cable TV and bi-weekly cleaning service.
The Condominiums are offered at a special rate and can be shared with roommates.
The Florida Flyers Rate is: $1,680 per month
and includes Wireless internet, Pool, Cable TV, Gym and bi-weekly cleaning service. It may be shared with other students as it has 3 bedrooms.

Meridia Motel
The Merida Motel is a clean and just 3 miles away from our flight school.It is located right next to busy US 1 and rooms in the front are not as quiet as the ones facing San Marco Avenue.
